I did this daily workout plan for two months (then decided to change it up with a different one), but it was awesome! Harder for beginners but so easy after a while. I found muscles in my legs that I didn't even know I had!!!!
I've put together some quick little workouts that can stand on their own or would complement a little cardo perfectly. Just a little somethin' somethin' to get you + me movin and groovin.
