So DAMN GOOD! I'm impressed with myself this morning. 12-20-17. I made bullet proof coffee with a twist. I used my elliptical this morning so I wanted to consume more protein to help keep my muscle growth. I used a hazelnut green country k cup, agave in the raw (the best!), Herbalife personalized protein powder(unflavored), & a pat of butter. Blend for about 30 seconds, BOOM! Perfect not too sweet, creamy coffee!
i drink this for breakfast in the morning. i get my meal and my coffee in one! and it's a lot better than a mocha. AND less calories than regular slimfast when you sub out regular milk for almond milk because almond milk is THICKER and gives it a milkshake like texture.
Put two scoops of whey protein powder in a coffee mug. Mix in 1 egg white. Mix in 1/4 cup almond milk. Microwave for 2 minutes. Turn mug upside down and pop out the cake. Top with powdered peanut butter (mixed with water to desired consistency), or regular peanut butter. Voilà! You have a dessert packed with 35 grams of protein.
